I've had 4 or 5 treatments over the course of about a year and I am very satisfied with the results. His pricing is very fair compared to other tattoo removal businesses I looked into. Scheduling appointments is easy and flexible.

My experience with Jon at New Wave Laser Tattoo Removal was overwhelmingly positive. When I was new to the area, one of the main reasons I chose New Wave is due to so many positive reviews, and I am happy to report the validity and reciprocation of such reports. Having gone to New Wave for just under a year now and worked with Jon on my own tattoo removal, I can attest that the results are well worth the time and money. Not only are the prices very agreeable, but the clinic is very, very clean, and Jon takes his work very seriously. He's passionate about doing a good job and making sure the client feels comfortable. He explains all the details of the process beginning to end, and is more than happy to answer any questions about the machine he uses, the settings he's selecting, and he'll spend time going over everything and explaining all of it. Everything from the scheduling to the pricing, the quality, the cleanliness, absolutely an outstanding business and I would trust no one else with handling my tattoo removal. You're in safe, reliable care with New Wave Laser and I would recommend absolutely no one else.

I cannot rant and rave about Jon, his service, and this place enough. From day 1, Jon was honest about the process. He was upfront about the cost, the time frame, and the discomfort. I never had a tattoo removed before so I had no idea what to expect but everything Jon told me on day one was accurate and honest throughout my time there. I ultimately ended up going for 5 sessions spaced out over 2 years until the tattoo was faded enough that I could get it covered. The best review I could leave Jon, New Wave, or anyone considering a removal here is this... my sessions lasted 40 seconds. No joke. 40 seconds. And I drove nearly 2 hours ONE WAY to get there each time without second guessing it. How many businesses would you drive almost 4 hours round trip to spend a single solitary minute?? Exactly. If you want a tattoo removed and are serious about doing so, go there.
