I love floating, floating is my absolute favorite thing to do when I feel tired or have achy muscles. I always feel recharged and my skin feels extra silky after floating. I enjoy the sauna and the red light therapy. Very attentive and welcoming staff. I really enjoy their spa like ambience. oh yes, they send you home with a tangerine, how lovely is that~

I love this place! This is the best meditation/restorative practice for my mental well-being. Sensory deprivation allowed my mind to rest. The salt water eased my muscles. An excellent way to get your mind and body rejuvenated! I highly recommend it if you haven’t tried it.
Brendan Skipp — 5/5 (via Google)
I had an amazing experience at Newport Float Therapy and I would highly recommend it to anyone! The owner Regine was so welcoming and explained thoroughly how to get the best experience while there. I did the cold plunge room, the float therapy chamber, and also finished off with the red light therapy. All three rooms were so clean and absolutely peaceful, making each session so comfortable. It was my first time in a float therapy chamber and I can't wait to do it again!
Jake Fredricks — 5/5 (via Google)
This place is now under new ownership as of Feb 2025 and is much improved! The owner/staff here are very welcoming, the place is spotless and has many new services like red light therapy and a sauna/cold plunge. This is a great one-stop-shop wellness center with a much better vibe than before. These float tanks are far superior to the float “pods” you often see at other places. I’m really tall and fit plenty fine.

We finally experienced the ephemeral & surreal pleasure of Newport Float Therapy in Mesa Verde Plaza (lots of Handicap & General parking spots) & defly gonna be a weekly routine now. We were first-timer's and our experience was absolutely incredible. The staff were competent, helpful, & genuinely friendly! Staff gave clear instructions on how to use the float tank and provided some great advice that made entire experience even more beneficial. The float tank itself was amazing: felt well-supported in the buoyant salt water and the water temperature was consistent, constant, & extremely soothing. Even though We (ok ME... lol) felt a little apprehensive at first, the acclimation was swift & pleasant. Both were quickly relaxed and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere the float tanks provide. Chill OC Vibes atmosphere, calming music, the soothing darkness, and feeling of floating in the water was just blissful. Found extremely therapeutic cuz hav leukemia cancer & prosthetic hipS/femurS/pelvis. Every amputee should try ( ENJOY) this type of therapy! We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, & ready to schedule more appts! Amazing way to unwind and destress, We Highly Recommend Newport Float Therapy👍👍 bSafebHappybWell 🤙
