Had a wonderful experience at Niki Nail Spa. Went for a simple manicure and pedicure and I got a royal treatment. (Even within one hour before closing). I am definitely going back to this business. Even my girlfriend loved the results so much, she took a picture of our nails. (she wants to go to Niki Nail spa soon).

Two weeks ago, I had an amazing experience at this salon. I requested gel nails with a cat eye effect, and the nail tech I had did an absolutely beautiful job. The result was stunning — every time I looked at my nails, it genuinely lifted my mood. I left feeling happy and confident, and I was ready to become a regular since the salon is conveniently just a few blocks from home. Unfortunately, today’s visit was a complete disappointment. My original tech wasn’t available, so another man did my toes while a different woman handled my fingernails. I asked for the exact same color and cat eye effect, but what I received looked nothing like my first set. Instead of the mesmerizing, color-shifting effect I loved, I was left with dull, flat lines that look like they were done by a beginner — definitely not professional-quality work. I went back to let them know how unhappy I was and even showed them the difference. Sadly, they didn’t seem to care at all. No apology, no offer to fix the issue, and no attempt to make things right. It’s disappointing because I was ready to commit to being a loyal customer — I easily would have spent $200+ a month there — but after how they handled this, there’s no way I’ll be returning. A salon is only as good as the consistency of its service and how it treats its customers when things go wrong, and they failed on both counts today. THREE HOURS LATER:. I want to update my previous review with some positive news. After expressing my disappointment with my last visit, the salon responded promptly and took full responsibility for the issue. They admitted that the wrong polish had been used for the cat eye effect I originally requested, which explained why the result looked so different and underwhelming. They invited me to come back in to have it corrected, and I’m happy to say they did a fantastic job — just like the first time! The nails now have that beautiful, color-shifting cat eye look I loved, and I truly appreciate their willingness to make it right. It’s always encouraging to see a business take accountability and value its customers. I’m very pleased with the final outcome, and I plan on being a returning customer. Thank you for turning the experience around! 💅✨

Niki’s Nail Spa is absolutely wonderful. Tracey, Lisa & Ruby (everybody really) are incredible, super nice & always do an amazing job from manicures / acrylics, to pedicures, to eyebrow waxing. My Mom & I always feel so comfortable being there & always leave happy ☺️
