I booked into Noco as my regular hairdresser was on holiday. Serena took time to understand what I wanted from the cut and helped me compare products to use between washes. She explained what she was going to do and why and made sure that I agreed before starting. I’m so pleased with my choice and will definitely be back. I won a free hair appointment at Noco and I chose to have a wash and blow dry. I asked for my hair to be styled smooth with some soft waves and to add a bit more volume to flatter my existing cut. I have naturally wavy / curly hair. Serena was fantastic, she gave me really useful scalp and hair health advice whilst washing and styling my hair. I also loved the hair scalp and neck massage between wash and styling. The blow dry I got looked great, the products Serena used didn’t weigh my hair down and given today is my second day, the blow dry has lasted beautifully. I have had quite a few compliments. Thank you Serena and Noco.

This is fantastic hairdressers that I couldn't recommend enough. I went in last week for a very thorough consultation with Noah. I went back yesterday for a hair cut and I am super happy with it. I was given amazing tips and advice throughout the process. It's a beautiful salon with fantastic customer service. It was really busy (always a good sign) and I felt very looked after and cared for. I can't wait to go back for my free blow dry next week!

Serina was amazing. So welcoming and made me feel relaxed and not awkward at all. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. Lovely choice of complimentary drinks on arrival and lovely clean salon. I had such a great experience at Noco hair in Bristol and I’m so happy with the result. Noel did a really thorough consultation and took the time to understand what I wanted and what would suit me and my lifestyle. He suggested the best options to get the look I wanted but ensuring my hair was back to being super healthy! I felt really looked after the whole time and all of the salon staff were so friendly and helpful and the salon itself was really relaxing and welcoming. Noel also shared some great tips on keeping my hair healthy and recommended some products and treatments, but also said the techniques could be used with my normal products which I appreciated so there was no hard sell at all. I’d absolutely trust Noco hair with any other service or treatment in the future and will definitely be back. My hair is so healthy with so much movement and depth, so delighted with the result!
