The massage was high quality and tailored to my needs. They really know what they are doing and take the time to focus on problem areas without rushing the session. You can tell they care about providing excellent service. One of the best parts is how budget friendly their prices are compared to other massage spots in San Diego. Just had a massage from Mary. She is strong 💪🏻 with consistent pressure. I had a medium pressure massage, but she could definitely give a deep tissue massage. Very relaxing 60-minute massage that included hot rocks and facial massage. After the massage, I feel very relaxed, have an increased range of motion, improved posture, and the pain in my shoulder, hips, & lower back are gone. I love that they give you a choice of the scented oil diffused in the room. It was the best massage; I will request her in the future. Wonderful, friendly staff, and they always ask you what areas on which you want them to focus.
