I have been going here for years. Lady Em is amazing. I took my tiny human to get her ears pierced, long story short Chow is another absolutely amazing being. She took the time to talk to my daughter (8yo) about what was going to be done and talked her through ever step of the process. Needless to say this is one of the best places ever.

I was able to book quickly with Chow their piercing expert, who was able to help me with re-piercing a lobe that had closed up, that I had done at a different shop many years ago. Chow was extremely personable, knowledgeable and explained every step and checked in along the way and made me feel really welcome. I would definitely recommend them!
