Customer Reviews for Nova Nail Spa

After several bad experiences at another salon, I gave Nova a shot after hearing my best friend and her family go there. Best choice I could’ve made. I only needed a single nail repair/replacement (tap Gel) which is difficult since not all salons have the same colors. I called ahead and got a same day apt within 30 minutes of calling. I met Ping who is the absolute best! She took the time and care to make things identical to my other nails and found the most similar color. She even went as far as trying to combine two colors to make it the perfect match. I will be going to Nova nails from the start from here on out. Thank you, Ping!!! Pics show nail that Ping did, then final product. Great match! I knew they wouldn’t be perfectly identical but wow they are so close! She did a great job.

Ping has been doing my nails for a while now and she is amazing! She free hand paints all my designs and can match any picture that I bring in. I love how I can bring in a picture and she can pick out the colors for me. I have tried different salons in the past and have had problems with my entire acrylic nails falling off. I have not had that problem at all since going to Nova Nails! The price is also a lot more affordable than other salons in the area. The salon is very beautiful and clean. The manicure and pedicure chairs are very comfortable as well. The pedicures are always very thorough and very relaxing leg and foot massages! Do yourself a favor and make sure to go to Nova Nails! You will not be disappointed!

Nova nails is unmatched in the service they provide. I have been a long time customer specifically with Ping and she is a master of her art. I tell her all of the time she is a magician because there is nothing she can’t solve or figure out. The quality of service you receive at Nova nails is above all. This is why I continue to travel from Brownsburg after all of these years!

This salon is the best! It is family owned by Ping and Chen who manage to be both fast and meticulous, which is such a rare combination. I really value the consistency of the high quality work with my busy schedule. Salon is clean, welcoming & comfortable. Can’t recommend enough!
