I came to Aveen with a vision of how I imagined my hair to look. Before the appointment it was a bit of a mess with dark parts, blonder parts a fair bit of grey and I wanted a more natural, uniform look that suited my skin tone and age. We discussed for quite while and she listened to all my concerns and was so engaged in making this the outcome I wanted. I was there for three hours and felt really well looked after throughout. My hair turned out better than I could have hoped for and I’m so so pleased. Would 100% recommend!

This was my first visit to NOVU and I’m happy to say it was the most delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the salon, there was a sense of being part of the ‘family’ so to speak, I felt extremely welcomed by all the team. The ambience of the shop is lovely and very homely. I had the joy of having my appointment with Aveen and she provided a top quality service, where she engaged with me personally and with a reassuring ‘leave it with me’ from her, I was left in her care and expertise as I sat and watched the transformation of my crown from before and after. I would highly recommend NOVU!
