WOW!! Brandy and Josh did an amazing job on our couples massages! Very professional and skilled! We agreed we each had one of the best massages we have ever had. I highly recommend NuYu!

My husband and I had an amazing experience! It was his first time having a professional massage and he had nothing but good things to say. I appreciated being asked about my comfort throughout our service and would recommend to anyone looking for a couples spa day!

Jeremy Meyers — 5/5 (via Google) Nov 10, 2025

My wife and I received a couples massage and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! We own our own business and my body was full of knots. Joshua was able to work his magic as well as Brandy performing her magic on my wife’s. We base a lot of our activities and places we go, based off reviews!! So if you’re in the Hot Springs area, and need a little therapeutic massaging, go to NuYu! You won’t regret it

Savannah Miller — 5/5 (via Google) Oct 31, 2025

I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. My therapists knowledge and expertise in massage techniques were evident throughout the entire session, and they tailored the massage to perfectly target my areas of tension. I have received services from both Josh gordon and brandy and I have to say what truly sets them apart is their ability to create a calming and relaxing atmosphere. They listened attentively to my needs and concerns, and their skilled hands worked wonders in melting away my stress and leaving me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I left the massage feeling like a new person, with a sense of calm and relaxation that lingered long after the session ended. I would highly recommend NuYu to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and truly gifted massage therapist. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could! 😊💆‍♀️"

It was fantastic 🥰. They were very professional and helpful. I has the Relief Package, and the massage was spot on. The bath was also relaxing. The facility was clean and beautifully decorated. A great way to ease the tiredness after hiking in the Hot Springs National Park!
