Her knowledge and warmth really shone through in our chats, so I booked a consultation at her salon, and I’m so glad I did. She did a full examination and explained what stage my hair loss was at, gave me more great tips, and even spotted things I hadn’t noticed like areas of stress on my scalp I had caused by trying to pull bits down. Feeling safe with Jennifer, I also had a haircut, leaving the style completely up to her. She chose something that flattered my face, worked with my finer hair, and was easy to manage. With my many allergies, I struggle with shampoos and this was the first time in years I’ve used a salon one.. I really appreciated that she gave me time to choose a one that felt ok.. and test out what worked for me.. and she didn’t pressure me to use any products, in fact we didn’t use any after the wash. For an experience that could have been stressful, the whole was afternoon was lovely, I felt in safe hands.. oh and I must mention the scalp massage.. so relaxing! Thank you, Jennifer ❤️
