Upon arrival at Olas & Flamingo I received a warm welcome with an offering of a drink & snack. I was welcomed by 4 ladies - Lyndsey (owner), Kim, Tatiana, & Riley - that surprised me as they tag teamed & gave me their full attention, beginning with my first professional scalp detox. It made my scalp feel it was finally free of the heaviness of past products & skin issues it has been taxed with for years. As for my color & cut…I presented examples & then sat back with total trust after seeing their examples on their IG account (@olasflamingo). They made sure my color was a great match for my skin tone & that it hid well the white & shiny hair quickly filtering in my dark hair. I requested a blend that did not require a lot of maintenance & would grow out with a natural look. It was done perfectly. I appreciated the attention to detail in the blending to help keep the incoming hair color hidden well. They did an excellent job. I also was kindly treated to having my nails done by Riley who is SO amazingly talented. She had painted her own nails with the faces of Rudolph & Clarice from Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. Immaculately. My nails were done in a gel manicure of emerald & they looked fantastic. About a week or so later I attended their hairstyling class where we brought all of our own styling tools, brushes, clips, and products. This was to audit our foundation & learn how to actually do our hair with our own products. It was super helpful & my hair is doing much better since I got rid of products that were actually not good for my scalp or hair. I actually felt the staff was interested in me & cared about how I was. It was such a relaxing & pleasant experience. I will definitely return as soon as I can. Thanks Olas & Flamingo! 🥰

Kim was absolutely SOOO sweet and had GREAT costumer service!!!😊 She was very informative the whole time while getting my hair done by her. she made sure I felt comfortable and was so friendly!!!🥹 l absolutely LOVEEEEE my hair and will be definitely coming back!!! 🤭🥰
