I was very grateful for the help I received. I came in with three different tones in my hair after bleaching it on Saturday. I had yellow, patches of orange, and my ends were purple from using purple shampoo because I was trying to fix it myself the night before. Joy did not judge me at all and was more than willing to help fix my hair. On top of that, they knew I had just done my hair the day before and had already spent money, so they kindly gave me a discount on my toner. Even though I came in with a big problem, Joy and the team were incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first time there, and thanks to them I can go to work tomorrow like nothing ever happened to my hair. Thank you, Joy and the team!

I had an amazing experience with Stylist Joy! She was excellent and so kind from start to finish. I got a shoulder-length layered haircut, and she shaped it perfectly. The layers added beautiful movement and volume without making my hair feel thin. The blow-dry was incredible — my hair looked so shiny, smooth, and full of volume. I’ve actually had several people ask me where I got my hair done because it looks so healthy and glossy! Joy really listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
