I enjoyed going to this salon three times to get dip manicures. Make sure to call ahead, but usually you can get in same day or within the hour. Tony is nice, funny, and quick at both removing dip manicures and re-doing dip manicures. I appreciate the soak off w/acetone, as I did not want the drill buffing away my nail (damaging it) as I've experienced at previous salons, and Tony & team were excellent at soaking off the previous dip manicure and using minimal drilling. :) Karma did my dip manicure once, and I loved how it was not too thick. However, you must request that as it can be thick otherwise. I got a pedicure here, and I did have a smudged toe when I left after a regular polish pedicure (even after 30+ minutes of drying) which I found out when I got home.. and the cuticles were not done very well.. I decided not to get another pedicure here. However there are some manicure issues I've noticed: The last 2 times I went I did not get my cuticles done properly (like not soaked, pushed back or trimmed) and they just used a drill. Both times after the manicures, I ended up having to cut the cuticles myself a few days later, so that was really disappointing. I tried the gel manicure at the recommendation of one of the owners, but it burned (painful) my fingers upon the first gel layer, and it did not last even 2 full weeks and it was lifting off my nails, but I was able to cut and file my nails to fix the lifting. Their kids are often around, so it can be a bit unprofessional and distracting. I would recommend here for a dip manicure only, and be specific about wanting your cuticles trimmed and the shape to be not too thick.

The salon is always clean and the owners are super nice. I’ve never had issues with long waits beyond my appointment time and they’re always willing to try the crazy colors I come up with. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because even though they are measured and compared to each other during the service, some nails somehow end up being shorter than the others and to me, it’s noticeable. Others don’t see it unless I point it out.
