Firstly, Millie gave me an amazing haircut and listened to and delivered exactly what I asked. I will definitely be back because of my experience with her. I have subtracted a star due to the confusing booking experience. I was a new customer and booked an appointment using the online portal with Sophie. When I arrived, Millie came over to do my service. Something I am very glad for, but not what I was expecting. I would say avoid online booking as you may be placed with a different stylist.

I know she has sadly now left but I think 3 years of Amazing appointments has definitely earned her this review. Molly has been an amazing stylist and credit to open hair, my results were perfect always- she was so consistent! I am so sad to see her go and hope all her new clients in her new city understand how lucky they are to have her!
