I booked my first appointment at Ora Hair on a total whim without doing any research as I was desperate for a haircut — and I’m so glad I did. Ruby lives up to her name- an absolute gem of a person and so talented! She started with a thorough consultation to gauge what I wanted. The whole experience was very relaxing. The head massage was wonderful (honestly one of the best parts!), and the conversation flowed so naturally. Izzy was also very professional and welcoming — such a great team overall. I also love that they use all organic products, my hair feels and smells amazing. I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend! ✨

Always look forward to my appt. at Ora. From the moment you walk into the salon you receive a friendly welcome and service that makes you feel like you are the most important person there. I enjoy everything, the consultation, the hair wash, the massage chair, head massage, and the cut and style. I have thick hair….Sophie manages it with ease. She is absolutely brilliant. In between appts. my hair magically seems to keep its shape and I often get some lovely compliments. Highly recommended.

I took my daughter to have her haircut at Ora’s and Ruby was amazing with her (second time round as she remembered her!). She made great conversations with her and gave her great advise on the length of her hair and styling techniques. My daughter loved how Ruby styled her hair and felt so happy with the end result!
