Update: I had the opportunity to speak to the owner. He contacted me after I posted my review and to clarify, I didn't inform the salon about my experience so this was his first opportunity to contact me. He was very kind and offered to make it right. I really appreciated the care and customer service from the owner. I'm late in giving this review but I thought it still helpful so here we go. I came here the day before my wedding in June 2024 with my bridal party. The ambiance was nice and overall we had a good time. One of my bridesmaids and myself experienced less than gentle work from our nail techs when they were clipping our cuticles. My nail tech clipped my cuticle on my toe so deep to the point of bleeding. Next day, my wedding day, I noticed redness and discomfort on one of my toes. I did my best to keep it bandaged and clean but it was far too late. As the day went on, it got progressively worse and more painful. It was red, swollen, and had pus. TMI sorry. I ended only being able to dance a couple of times during the night because of the pain. I realize these things can happen but I would've hoped they would have put more effort and care into preventing this, also considering the fact that my service was around $100. (Pictures show my toe three days after the wedding while I was on my honeymoon, only just starting to heal) I hope this is helpful to other brides looking for wedding nails.

⭐️ 5/5 — Truly the BEST nail experience I’ve ever had ⭐️ I don’t even know where to begin — this salon is next level. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance alone felt like a luxury spa. It’s clean, beautifully designed, relaxing, and honestly has the kind of atmosphere that instantly puts you in a good mood. The staff? Beyond incredible. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming. They don’t rush you, they don’t cut corners — they treat you like you’re their only client in the world. You can tell they really care about their craft and about their customers. The quality of their work is unmatched. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have visited so many salons, but nothing has ever compared to this. The attention to detail, the precision, the cleanliness, the techniques… everything was top tier. Truly the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Yes, it’s a bit pricier than your typical salon — but you absolutely get what you pay for. The experience, the quality, the environment, and the service make it 100% worth it. I honestly don’t ever want to go anywhere else after coming here. If you’re looking for your new forever nail salon, this is it. I’m already excited for my next appointment!

Wow!!! What an experience!!! Last week, My boyfriend and I made "same day" appointments today for pedicures, and they took us in. We were greeted with care and kindness. The decor and ambience of this establishment is delightful. The chairs were so comfortable with massage built in. Our pedicure tubs were warm and already for us to go when we got in. That was pleasant. My nail technician was Kelly and she was so sweet! She greeted me with a smile, and a "hello". My boyfriends nail technician was so polite and we really appreciated that! They offered us drinks and had pleasant conversations. Today, we came in for our manicures, and the sweet lady in front who greeted us was soo kind. Our nail technicians were amazing!! They took good care of our hands, and this was the first time I was not cut! That’s a fear of mine, but they treated our hands with care. And I absolutely love my nails!! They’re soo beautiful! What a way to celebrate our Valentines together! Thank you to this establishment! We were pampered and felt so relaxed. It was a joy, and the perfect "date day" for us!

I really enjoy coming here, they are always friendly. I get hard gel nails, and it's hard to find someone who can do that. I usually go with Christine. She does a great job shaping nails, never had a problem. She is willing to listen to and fix any problems/imperfections you see. Last time I had to go with Hillary. She nicked the skin around my nails a few times with the grinder, also some of my nails were a bit crooked. When I told her I think my finger hit my other nail, she said " my job is here ( looking at my nails) and your job is in there ( looking at the uv light)" so it made it feel like she wouldn't listen to my request to fix something on my nail. However, I think Hillary is a bit better at the design, the lines on her hand drawn snowflake were pretty clean and straight. The front desk staff is always nice and curtious.

Cathy is fantastic! She has been able to create and maintain my bug toenails. I had trauma to both and unfortunately they do not grow fast. She has helped keep them healthy and looking good while they grow out. I highly recommend this Salon and Cathy too!
