We had a great experience!! Everyone was very friendly and kind. We choose this Salon because it was close to downtown where we were staying on vacation. We called them and they were able to accommodate us the same day. Very clean!! One tech was a bit slower but the others jumped in to help and we didn't mind. They offered us beverages while there and they were very accommodating. We were happy with our nails and enjoyed the pampering. Highly recommend!! Averaged about 150$ price per person for mani pedi.

UPDATE: the owner reached out to me directly and offered that I come back in and get my nails done for free and to refund my entire purchase. Unfortunately I will be out of town and not able to go. He understood and refunded me what I paid. I commend him for his customer service and how he handled this situation. For that, I have changed the rating to 4 stars. One star rating: If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is the definition of a chop shop. Not a little sloppy, not a bad day… I mean stay far away. I went in on a Monday around 5 pm, and I don’t know if I got the least trained employee or someone who just didn’t care, but my nails came out horrible. It was an older man with glasses, and he used the drill like he was grinding metal, not working on a human hand. The speed was ridiculous, and instead of noticing he was going too hard, he just kept filing and filing like it didn’t matter. I went in for a refill of builder gel, and somehow he made my natural nails thin, weak, and damaged. He filed over my actual skin so many times that I started bleeding. Not one nail, not two. Six. Six out of ten nails. That’s more than half my fingers he butchered. And instead of fixing the problem or slowing down, he just kept dabbing that green liquid on the cuts like that was going to magically fix the fact that he shredded my fingers. He used it so many times I lost count. At one point he literally painted over dried blood and had me cure it under the lamp. I could have cried. I felt like he rushed through everything and didn’t care about the damage he was causing. One nail even chipped from how aggressive he was filing, and instead of repairing it correctly he just slapped more builder gel over it to hide the mistake. I already know that nail is going to break in a couple days. Then, when I asked where I could wash my hands, they pointed me to a giant utility sink. The kind you wash dishes or mop buckets in. Not a proper salon sink. A random tub in the back. After everything, when I complained, he didn’t say sorry, didn’t acknowledge anything, nothing. He just rang me up and gave a 50% discount like that was going to fix the fact that my nails were destroyed and I left bleeding. Originally $50 but turned out to be $25. They should have been free. Save yourself the pain, the stress, and the regret. Stay far, far away.

This was my first time coming to this salon and I was blown away. Tamie did my nails and while it may appear just a standard dip manicure… her attention to detail is what stands, her and this salon, out from the rest. She expertly shaped my nails and my cuticles have never looked better. Every moment was considered - for example, there are comfortable cushions for your arms to rest on while getting your nails done and the luxurious massage at the end was *chefs kiss*. Prices were affordable and comparable to other salons in the area, but in this case you get far more bang for your buck. I also really appreciated her patience when the color wasn’t quite right. She adeptly came up with a solution and I left with the exact color nails I was imagining. Which, if you get your nails done regularly, you know what a feat this is. 5 stars are almost not enough! This is a 10/10 business and I will absolutely be switching to this salon!
