I absolutely LOVE coming to organic nails!!! They always treat me with care and listen to my opinions. The owner Ryan has always appreciated my opinion on my designs and rocks my designs whether I get a a basic dip powder or want to go all out and the facials they give you gives you a spa quality experience. This is the nail salon I will continue to use and recommend because you can’t beat the great prices, quality and experience.

I've spent the last six months or so trying different nail places in High Point. I'd go to one and like it ok, but the quality wasn't there (nails breaking too easily, polish chipping after a day, and poor shaping and then charging to fix what was their mistake). I went to Organic Nails and showed the young man, Bonz, my broken acrylic nails and asked for a new full set. He suggested that I get gel rather than acrylic. I'd never done gel before, but if it would hold up better, I'd be willing to try it. Bonz did beautiful work! I got a blue and silver Christmas design and it was lovely. Unfortunately, after a couple days I started feeling them lifting a bit, but I couldn't see the problem. Then one of them broke off. After one broke, I saw the cracks in the other ones about mid nail. I called and spoke with Chloe (Bonz' sister), I think, and she told me to come in and she would look at them. I went in after work and Chloe looked at my nails. She let me know that it was a UV light issue and I wasn't the only one. She repaired the one that had completely broken off, repaired the cracks in the others, did a fill, and gave me a new design, and didn't charge me because it was their fault. Her design was just as pretty as the previous. It wasn't Chloe's fault and I wish I had brought cash to give her a big tip, but I assumed, like everywhere else, they would charge me and planned to use my card. I will take some cash next time to thank her. I really appreciate the integrity shown in this situation. I will be going back here for the foreseeable future.

Everytime I havw been in this place ot offers a fast and affordable service. I got my nails, and feet done at the same time. Afterwards go my brows waxed. With pricing you cant beat the price. Services ans price vary by what you want done. You also grt a massage 💆♂️ of the shoulder as part of the service you cant beat that.
