These guys are so kind! I got my piercing at a different tattoo/piercing place in town.. I lost a ball overnight and tried to get ahold of the place that I originally went to and was getting no where with them.. (they did an amazing job with my initial contact).. anywhom.. I called O'Tool and told them what I was dealing with.. they told me to come in and that they would help me out.. the front desk and the piercer made it a smooth process.. making me realize that I will probably call them the next time I want anything done.

O’Tools Tattoo & Piercing: Expert Work and Exceptional Care I brought my husband here for a surprise tattoo for his birthday, and the entire process was seamless. Booking the session was incredibly easy—I sent over his design ahead of time, and everything was ready to go when we arrived. The artist worked closely with him to size and tweak the design until it was exactly what he wanted. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and made for an unforgettable birthday surprise! We’ve also visited O’Tools multiple times for piercings, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Mike. He did an amazing job when my daughter got her first piercing at age eight—she was nervous, but he was patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the process. When she decided to get her doubles at age ten, we came back to Mike, and he was just as meticulous, checking and rechecking the placements until they were perfect. I’ve personally gotten my cartilage and triple piercings done here, and every experience has been top-notch. Mike let my daughter sit with me each time to watch before getting her own, making the process even more comfortable for both of us. When my cartilage swelled a few days after piercing, I messaged Mike, and he quickly responded and had me come in to check it out. He determined there was no infection, swapped out the bar for a longer one, and within a day, the swelling was gone! Between the expert tattoo work, precision piercings, and the genuine care they show their clients, we will absolutely keep coming back to O’Tools. If you’re looking for a professional, friendly shop with skilled artists and piercers, this is the place to go. Thanks, Mike & O’Tools!

Jason- (Shoey) is my new go to artist I moved about four hours away from my home town and was very nervous about getting a new artist but I am so glad my partner recommended him, he’s done two of my tattoos and definitely going to be getting more done by him, he’s respectful always asking if I’m doing okay and he makes sure the tattoo is how I like it. His artwork is amazing if your looking to get amazing art done then you better book your next appointment with him. (He has done my Stitch mask and my Joey mask) cant wait to book w him again!

Just got me a chest piece tattoo I have been wanting for more than 10 years and never got around to getting it until now. Been curious to check O'Tool out for awhile now and glad I did. Would like to thank Shoey for taking the time to do this for me. Very friendly atmosphere, friendly staff. Will definitely be going back for more work. I am very happy with how this turned out.
