I love OVME!!! Sarah always take care of me for the past 2 years. Gemeya is amazing making sure you get schedule and going over the memberships. Kelli did my Botox today I can't wait to see my results.

I had a great first experience and signed up for a membership! The aesthetician was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and my skin felt soft and glowy after my hydrafacial! I also got a quick B12 shot which I didn’t even realize was an option.

It was my first time getting Drysport and there is only one person I trust and that is Kelli not only because I know her but also because of the knowledge and care she has when she is injecting her clients. She will not overdo it and give you exactly what you want, along with make suggestions that are minor but impactful.

I’ve seen Sarah at this location for a few years now and she is the BEST! She is so professional and knowledgeable and never tries to oversell me anything, which is so appreciated. I get monthly hydrafacials, and have gotten two sets of BBL photofacials. The results are incredible and I have never felt so good in my own skin! I went from red, acne and scar-ridden skin to glowy clear skin. Sarah’s also the best listener and always remembers what we talked about from the last appointment and follows up—whether it’s skin or drama related, she remembers it all—it just makes the experience so much more personable.

I love how welcoming the ladies up front always are - they are easy to work with when it comes to scheduling, discussing membership perks, and always offer something to drink. The space is always clean and genuinely feels relaxing to be there. Sarah is AMAZING and always so thoughtful of her clients, their needs, and always checks in if she sees me around regardless of if I have an appointment with her that day or not. She always makes good recommendations for my acne-prone skin and spending time with her is like hanging out with an old friend. Love her! The only thing I wish OVME would do is find a different perk to sub for the weekly B12 shot now that you basically need to book an appointment before coming in to get one by the injector (by law). The injector is usually booked and busy, and now has to fit in B12 shots somewhere in between appointments which inevitably leads to me waiting around awhile. This is super inconvenient and takes a lot of time, so sometimes I’ll miss a few weeks and therefore not utilize my membership benefits to their fullest extent - which may be the point, and I’ve considered cancelling my membership at times because of it. At least Sarah keeps me coming back, lol 😂
