I have only been here 2 times but, both times I have left the shop completely satisfied. I get my haircuts by Dylan and he’s the best barber I have ever had he does exactly what I ask for or show him and he always surpasses my expectations. For $25 the cut he gives me is amazing.

I visited this barbershop/ salon for a first time haircut on 09 Dec 23 and was told that the wait would be about 30 minutes. I sat there for nearly 45 minutes and watched no less than 3 barbers TOTALLY ignore me as they played video games on their phones and watched TV. I have nice hair that I basically keep short and with a basic style. I am a VERY GOOD TIPPER, but they did not bother to find out anything about me as a customer or even to acknowledge my presence as a potential customer. I left rather disappointed. The person I initially spoke to was polite and professional, however- hence the 2 stars. The owner has since addressed my concerns and apologized for the incident. I very much appreciated her comments. It is so nice to know that a business owner truly cares about the concerns of a potential client. I am not a petty person and was happy to return to Oxigeno in hopes of obtaining a more positive experience and also in hopes of having a new reliable barbershop to attend in the future. I was NOT disappointed. As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted positively and with much courtesy. My Barber was very attentive, professional, and muy guapo!😊 My haircut was performed exactly as I instructed and I was invited to return. I have and will change my rating to "recommend" status and am happy to do so. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 I now believe that my former experience was not indicative of anything intentional.

Been coming to see Jessica for more then 7 years now. She is one of the nicest people I know and she is consistent in her work. Can't even imagine me going anywhere else at this point

I am Glad i found this places.. Great vibe and great Latino and Latina people. Javier cut my hair. Dude was really good and professional Barber. I will be coming here from now on
