This was my first visit, and my impression was they are highly professional, knowledgeable about their treatments. My consultation was very thorough. I cannot say enough wonderful things about PCA. What truly makes a business exceptional is its staff, and the team here is outstanding with incredible bedside manner. From my very first interaction during a consultation, I was met with genuine kindness and care by Amie, Karisa, and January. Before even committing to treatment, I felt welcomed, informed, and completely at ease. My treatments were performed by Brigitte, Jeanette, and Jennifer—each with such gentle hands and thorough explanations throughout the process, which made a world of difference in my comfort level. One thing that truly sets PCA apart is their attention to patient comfort and overall experience. They offered Pronox with both my Halo and Moxi treatments, which was incredible. I’ve had many facial treatments across different cities—Indianapolis, Dallas, and Tucson—and I’ve never once been offered nitrous for pain management. On top of that, they provide post-treatment products to support healing and downtime, something I’ve also never experienced elsewhere. Even better, both the Pronox and aftercare products are included with treatment—not an added charge. In a world where everything is à la carte, this level of care feels truly luxurious. Another standout for me is the team’s depth of knowledge. In my experience, many med spas lack adequate education on treating different Fitzpatrick skin types. PCA is the exception. These women are incredibly well-versed, confident, and thoughtful in how treatments affect different skin types. For a period of time, I actually stopped going to med spas altogether due to limited education and the uncomfortable tipping culture, choosing instead to see dermatologists. When I realized PCA doesn’t prompt for tips at checkout, I was genuinely shocked—in the best way. While I would happily tip these providers, it further reinforced that this office is focused on delivering excellent care and results, not upselling or pressure. From start to finish, their post-treatment care is thorough, gentle, and patient-centered. They prioritize comfort every step of the way, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I’ll be moving to Arizona in a month, but I will absolutely be flying back for future treatments. I truly don’t believe I’ll find another office as professional, kind, and talented as PCA.
