KK is amazing. This is my first tattoo and I’m extremely happy with the work he did. He took his time with this and did a really good job. 👏

KK is, hands down, one of the best tattoo artists in the 217! 💯 He's been doing it for 20+ years, he continues to learn and sharpen his sword (or needle in this case), his prices are UNBEATABLE and even still, he's willing to work with you and adjust for the sake of your vision! He's unmatched when it comes to portrait tattoos and based on the tats that I've gotten from him (mainly anime and video game tributes), he's top notch at anything you can throw at him! His shop is conveniently located near downtown Urbana and it is clean and professionally kept up. He has examples of his hand drawn art hanging up around the studio (my favorite being a Jay-Z photo that I can't believe was hand drawn 🤯), and his knowledge of tattoo history, be it local or worldwide, is extensive if you're interested in learning. He's not just a jobber, he's truly passionate about the culture! I've been to other big name shops in town, and believe me, working with an artist that truly cares about the tattoo you're asking for is WAY BETTER than just being another canvas to help keep the lights on. Get your next tat from Paign City! I promise it'll open your eyes like it did mine!
Victoria Serrano — 5/5 (via Google)
TEVIN true artist 100%. He was so down to earth and just simply a pleasant to sit with an talk to while he's inking your skin. Truly thankful for the tattoo he did for me. Especially since it's for my daughter's. And he knew all about family. Which was even better. We will be going back and will be recommending him to anyone who wants to be inked with ART! 🎨 excited to see his growth as a artist as well. Forever growing an learning..
Sam Harnack — 5/5 (via Google)
My daughter and I wanted to get our family tattoo for her 21st birthday. Tevin was our artist and he did an amazing job! He was fast, reasonably priced, and most importantly, he gave us beautiful tattoos. His linework is spot on and we couldn't be happier. We'll be going back in the future for sure.
