I absolutely love this place my favorite employee is Alyssa! She will help you do everything you need! She knows all about every single product can recommend you things for your skin type and exactly what you’re looking for and will make sure you can get the best price in your range possible!!! She is always so sweet and kind and most places you walk in and you don’t get that warm happy greeting no matter how busy or what’s going on! She’ll make sure you are taken care of!! All the ladies at this store on the 127 shop are great as well!! And the ladies at the Catawba valley store are also amazing! I really like how they have the stand up at 127 though! I absolutely love coming to Palm Beach Tan! I’ve been a regular for a few months now, and every single visit has been exceptional thanks to Amber and Kennady. These two are truly the definition of incredible customer service. From the moment I walk in, they always greet me with the warmest welcome, huge smiles, and the kind of friendly, uplifting energy that instantly brightens your day. They take the time to answer any questions, remember personal preferences, and always go the extra mile to make sure I have the best experience possible. Their professionalism is matched only by how genuine and personable they are. It’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers not just great service, but a truly positive atmosphere every single time. Amber and Kennady make Palm Beach Tan feel less like a business and more like a place you genuinely look forward to visiting. If you’re considering where to tan, this location is the one. Thanks to these two, every visit feels five-star. Highly recommend!
