Today was my first time going to Apple Valley Palm Beach Tan. I usually tan at $5 tan, but was looking to try something new. I had first called to see how much single sessions were. The Assistant Manager Annie answered and she let me know since I’ve never been there I can come try out the place for free. Umm yes please!! To say the least, I was pretty stoked about the free tan. I walked in and was instantly greeted by Annie. She showed me around and told me so much about all the services, their benefits and the products they offer. I’m 38 now and I’ve been tanning since I was 16 and because of Annie, I learned so many new things today. I tried out the diamond prism…. I think it’s called and it has a mist feature that is AMAZING!!! Annie made my experience so enjoyable that I will now be a regular Palm Beach Tan customer!! If you have not gone here yet you MUST go you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!

I had an amazing experience getting a spray tan at Palm Beach Tan thanks to Annie. I HAD to sign up for the membership after talking to her. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and really took the time to explain each step so I felt totally comfortable and knew what to expect. The color turned out beautifully – even, natural, and exactly the shade I was hoping for, with no weird streaks or orange tones. Annie also gave me super helpful tips for prep and aftercare so my tan would last as long as possible and fade evenly. You can tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re thinking about a spray tan, definitely go see Annie at Palm Beach Tan – she’s the best!

Annie is amazing! You can tell she lovers her job and is passionate about what she does and helping customers purchase the right tanning solution and product for their goals. She was phenomenal with helping me find the right spray tan color and walked me through the entire process to make sure I was comfortable. I’d recommended this location and Annie to everyone looking for the best tan!

First of all, I’ve been tanning for over 30 years, and I have never experienced customer service like I do at the Apple Valley store. The manager, Kelly, and Shelby are truly exceptional. I’ve been going through a tough time lately, and every single time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with a genuine smile and sincere concern for how I’m doing—you can tell they truly care. They go out of their way to accommodate you in every possible way. The store is always spotless, well-organized, and they are completely on top of things. Whatever option you’re looking for, they have it ready to go. I honestly can’t express how much their kindness and encouraging words have meant to me lately. I previously went to the Roseville store, and the experience couldn’t be more different. There, it feels like you’re bothering them, and the manager appears disengaged and unprofessional. I highly recommend the Apple Valley location—especially if you want to feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared about. The service is top-notch. You truly feel like you’re walking into a spa. Love you girls! ❤️

Had thee best experience because Annie listened and truly wanted my tan this time to be perfect! Last August I had a not so favorable experience and today I was blown away by exceptional kindness and generosity. Wow!!!
