Customer Reviews for Palm Beach Tan

I'm fairly certain her name is either Kelsey or Lindsay- I'm so sorry I forgot! - she works Saturdays- and she is an absolute doll! Best customer service, personable and natural conversationally, transparent about all pricing, explains everything, sets great expectations, doesn't try to over-sell you anything; overall one of the most pleasant and easygoing tanning experiences I've ever had. The beds and rooms are clean and well maintained. Fresh towels, good music, etc. I will happily be back soon!

I had an amazing experience with TANPDX! Right as I walked in I was instantly greeted by a young gal at the front desk and already felt comfortable to be there. I went in for two tooth gems and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places I looked at. Again, the staff was great and took care of me. I got my tooth gems on in July and they have both stayed since then (almost half a year) which is super impressive. I’ve also gotten spray tans from here and they’ve came out great every time! I highly recommend TANPDX!!

Paul and Chris — 5/5 (via Google)

As novices at tanning, the staff took all the time we needed to explain everything from the rates to the differences in equipment. They helped us to adjust the schedule of tanning so we got the best results. The equipment is first-class, well-maintained and everything is clean. We especially liked the opportunity to put monthly membership fees "on-hold" while we are on vacation. Overall, a great experience.

I tan at tan PDX and the equipment here is top notch. The staff are always so welcoming. Lina was the first staff member I chatted with and she seemed to care so much about getting me exactly what I needed skin care wise and budget wise. The beds are always clean, the location is super central, it’s over all just a great business. I would recommend this over all the competitors in the area.
