Customer Reviews for Palm Beach Tan

I read Palm Beach Tan offers red light therapy and I wanted to try it. I went to the location on Northeast Broadway, and a young woman by the name of Jess helped me. The location was very clean, well organized and easy to navigate. She shared with me that during the Valentine’s Day week and they were offering a promotion of buy one and get three treatments for the price of one. Jess was very helpful, friendly and informative. I’m really looking forward to getting some red light therapy.

Jess is truly outstanding; warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, she immediately makes you feel welcome and taken care of. She explains promotions clearly, recommends only what genuinely fits your needs, and keeps every visit fun and easy to navigate. Her kindness, humor, and honest guidance make each experience feel like a pleasant escape, and it’s clear Palm Beach Tan is lucky to have someone who consistently goes above and beyond for the customer. Jess at Palm Beach Tan is amazing! She’s so sweet, funny, and knowledgeable. She always introduces me to new products that actually make sense for me and makes sure I’m getting the full value out of my membership. I really appreciate that she never tries to push unnecessary extras. She’s genuinely so helpful and honest! It’s such a great experience every time I see her.

Kirsten Magnuson — 5/5 (via Google) Jan 28, 2026

I have been tanning since the 80’s. I went to Tan Republic for 23 years. Palm Beach Tan has better beds. The skin absorption honestly feels deeper in a good way. I like that I can go to any location as well. The employees, especially the manager Addy of this location, are amazing. What often makes a business good is their employees and this location proves that point.

Amanda — 5/5 (via Google) Oct 11, 2025

I had such a great experience at this salon! The place is clean, welcoming, and the beds are always in great condition. Addy is absolutely amazing—she’s friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and get the best results. Her customer service is unmatched and she truly makes the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend coming here and asking for Addy! ✨
