This is a great location. Avanlee is amazing! I was upset regarding the monthly fee upon reactivating my account. I was very frustrated yet she patiently helped me to understand my account, and to find a solution that worked for me. Throughout our interactions, she consistently exhibited patience. expertise, and courtesy. Her professionalism remained evident even during my worst moments. if I were a business owner, I would hire her without hesitation.

I went to Palm Beach tan when I lived in Windsor and I went to few in fort mc Collins. Then I moved to Denver and went to a few there one on 38th closer to Federal and the one that I went to more often than not was on 64th in Arvada. Now I'm way the heck over in Centennial and I've gone to the one on Smokey Hill road and the one in Barker and they're all about the same. Most of the girls are really nice. They try to to promote sales. Actually. They're helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Came into the smoky hill location to update my card and chat about my membership. I am happy I came in today Avanlee and Emilia were absolutely amazing!! They killed it for helping me understand my best options that would work for me. They deserve recognition as they are wonderful people to work for palm beach tan.

I was at PBT and already hesitant to spray tan because it was after 730 and I always feel bad spraying that late in case the ladies already cleaned the booth. Then my card gave the computer issues after buying some products. Kylie and her team (I didn't catch the names of the main girl that helped) were ALL so smiley and friendly in what was probably frustrating for them. I really appreciated it and always have great service at this location but tonight it was especially noticeable. ❤️

Love all the girls, they have great customer service skills and are always willing to teach new things. Emilia goes above and beyond teaching me about products and wanting to give me the best tanning guidance. Kenzie is always a stand out too for exceptional customer service.
