First time here and my massage was amazing! Tina was very pleasant and asked how I liked the pressure of the massage. The front assistant was very kind and patient. The price was very reasonable and the place was very clean. I recommend Panda Reflexology Massage Spa! I will be returning!

Great to find a massage establishment in Albuquerque with masseuses who actually know how to provide a professional-level massage. Thank you for operating a legit spa in this town and running it professionally. Tina was wonderful! The 60-minute massage, which included hot stones, cost $80. I will be back! FYI, signage is poor, so look for it adjacent to the Smith's grocery store.

On the day of my visit, the receptionist was unavailable, leaving my therapist to manage both front desk duties and my massage. She transparently communicated this to me upfront, asking for my comfort regarding brief interruptions. The way she balanced these responsibilities with grace and efficiency, always ensuring my comfort remained a priority, was exceptional. To further show her commitment to my experience, she generously provided complimentary aromatherapy and extended my massage time to make up for a minimal interruption. A particularly memorable personal moment was when I shared that I speak Chinese, and my therapist enthusiastically engaged me in practicing my language skills, sharing stories about her hometown. Additionally, when I mentioned that I was building a reflexology stone walkway at home, she thoughtfully provided valuable tips and walked me through a foot reflexology diagram to ensure I got the most out of my home project. In terms of hospitality pillars—cleanliness, ambiance, value, staff care, and flow—Panda Reflexology exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, warmly inviting, and well-organized, immediately easing me into relaxation. Given the high quality of service, I found the value exceptional, and the care I received was truly memorable. The only potential area of improvement would be to ensure consistent front desk staffing. However, recognizing that my experience was unique, I deeply appreciate how my therapist navigated the situation with poise and generosity, making my visit notably enjoyable. Considering the overall experience and exceptional value provided, I would wholeheartedly recommend Panda Reflexology. They even offer deals on Groupon, perfect for first-timers wanting to ensure it's the right fit before committing fully. To make the most out of your visit, arrive at least five minutes early to respect both your and the therapist’s time, and consider booking ahead, as same-day appointments may not always be available. Definitely enhance your massage with the aromatherapy add-on—particularly eucalyptus or peppermint scents—which significantly elevated my relaxation experience. Even though it was complimentary this time, it's an enhancement I'd gladly pay for during future visits. I’ve had many massages, but this place by far is one of my favorites! The pressure they apply is perfect in their techniques are great. I felt extremely comfortable in the staff is so friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

I have had massages for over 40 years on a regular basis. A friend of mine referred me to panda and today was my first time. Ruby is the gal that gave me my massage. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional and caring attention she showed. The only negative thing is that when I paid my bill after my one hour body massage and 30 minute reflexology it came to $105 which I didn’t complain about but then when I left a tip of $10 she told me that was not enough. >.. And I said how much should I leave you and she said at least $30… And so my 105 massage came to $135 with the tip and that kind of threw me off…. Outside of the finances, the place is great…..
