Really great first tattoo experience, it’s obvious that here they really take their time to know their clients and what they are looking for, not just out of a tattoo but in general. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and the price was unbeatable. Extremely happy with the entire experience, not just the ink. Would recommend to anyone.

My sister and I were only in Sylva for 2 days and I reached out to Nate at Pariah Tattoo, who responded immediately and stayed with me until we set the appointment and we had clear understanding of our tattoo ideas and the process. Nate made me not only feel very comfortable with choosing him for our tattoos, but I also couldn’t wait to meet him. Our experience with Nate was amazing. He is kind, friendly, funny, positive and encouraging. Nate is meticulous about sanitation, cleanliness and his equipment. Top notch professional all the way through the process. He is a caring person and made sure we were each perfectly happy with the images before beginning. He explained everything so well. The studio is clean and organized and has such a welcoming vibe with great music. We are so happy with our tattoos and feel so lucky to have met Nate and Alyson. Such wonderful people. I can’t wait to return.

I got exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier! Pariah Tattoo is seriously one of a kind! You won’t find another place quite like it. The staff really goes out of their way to get to know their clients, and that’s something to appreciate. From the get-go, everything is super easy and user-friendly, right down to the aftercare for your tattoo or piercing. Both artists are super professional, but they’ve got a warm, laid-back vibe that makes you feel at home. They’re genuinely good people taking care of other good people! You can just tell they know their stuff when it comes to health codes, sanitation, and all the cleanliness standards. They are even first aid/cpr certified as well as blood borne pathogen certified! Between them, they have over 40 years of experience in the tattoo and body mod scene, which is impressive! The studio has a really inviting atmosphere, and you can customize your experience to make it even more personal while you’re there. It’s totally private, so you don’t have to worry about random people popping in. You can just be yourself, and you’re encouraged to do so! They use top-notch equipment and single-use materials for both tattoos and piercings, so you know you’re in good hands. No intimidating artists hanging around smoking or anything like that. Everyone here is patient, understanding, and really cares about making your experience great. Tattoo appointments can be a bit nerve-wracking, but not at Pariah. Nate and Alyson take the time to explain everything throughout the process, which is super reassuring. That’s why their clients rave about them in 5-star reviews, pouring out all sorts of kind words after their visits. I love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else for a tattoo or piercing. Me and my best friend are on vacation and decided to make a last minute tattoo decision. Contacted a couple other places and they were super rude finally got in contact with Nate he was super nice. Started texting the day before got the tattoo the day after. He is very sweet and humble makes you feel right at home. This was my first tattoo and I was so nervous but you couldn’t even feel him working he was done before i even knew it. Also met his wife Aly super sweet also. Literally no bad words at all very great people. Would not go to the studios they will treat you like crap around here. I will definitely be back ❤️

Definitely the best in town. I’ve been coming to Nate for over a year or so now and he does amazing work. He is very talented, patient and professional. He’s in the process of covering up/ redoing a massive back tattoo of mine and he will go out of his way to take care of his clients, which is what I love most because it shows he cares about each piece he does. I have lots more tattoos planned and I don’t plan on going anywhere else for them. (: pictured is a few he’s done for me, I’ll update this with a before and after of my back tattoo when the last session is completed so yall can see just how amazing he is.
