I have been getting facials the past six months with Jessica at the Parlour on the Avenue in Harrison, OH. I have received facials at other businesses but I will definitely keep coming back to Jessica. She's the absolute best! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and all the other ladies are so friendly and helpful. Jessica was a true professional – she performed a thorough skin analysis and explained every step of the process, making me feel incredibly comfortable and well-cared for. The products she uses on my skin have become my favorites. I have noticed results over the last couple of months. My skin feels so deeply cleansed and hydrated. My facials are so relaxing (I almost fell asleep during the amazing neck and shoulder massage!). I highly recommend Jessica at the Parlour on the Aveune and will definitely be back for my monthly special treat!

Let Me Tell You All about My Incredible Experience! Because another hairstylist (at another salon) Canceled on Me at the Last Minute - Luckily, when I, a Brand Spankin' New Client, called in Amy had Availability to get me in as a Same Day Appt. I went in with a couple of photos for reference, explained my expectations & expressed my possibilities of concern with the color. Not Only, did Amy listen to me... she saw me & understood me...& calmed my nerves for a very important appointment. Then to top it off, Amy gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. It couldn't be Any Better! I have the complete day of renewal booked. My message was great I have the Swedish and my European facial technician was also great…will recommend to anyone for this service.. But unsatisfied with my nail paint was uneven and little bit messy.. I have haircut and style but my curls didn’t stay long maybe 10mins curls wearing out.. I would definitely just come back for facial and massage .
