Kiran explained the entire process in detail, including the products she would be using and what to expect at each step. Throughout the facial, she made sure I was comfortable and took great care to maintain high standards. Her respectful and warm manner made me feel truly welcomed. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner about how happy and satisfied I was with the service. The owner was equally welcoming and kind.
