Jia is the best there is. Her shop is adorable and she makes you feel comfortable the minute you step in. Jia is very professional and ensures that you are getting exactly what you want. I have gotten two tattoos from her. One in her style (micro-realism) and one in fine line. While the fine line is in a hard spot to take a photo of on my own, it is just about 3 years old now and looks AMAZING (and I haven’t taken the best of care of it considering acne treatment and sun). My second tattoo with Jia just turned a year old and still looks fabulous (taking much better care of this one as well). I couldn’t be happier with it! I get to see my girl crystal clear every time I look down. I often get compliments on it and people cannot even believe it’s real! If you are on the fence on booking with Jia, I 10000% recommend you do. She’s amazing at what she does (and donates to her local animal shelter which is an added bonus!).

I was honestly left speechless after my session with Jia. I had gotten a black and white portrait of my first dog, Bubbles from her on Bubbles’ 17th birthday anniversary (3/29). I’m finally getting around to writing this review because I just haven’t been able to put this experience into words until now. So far I have seven tattoos, including this one from Jia, and most of them were super uncomfortable and painful to the point where I felt like I might pass out, even the other ones on my forearm. I don’t know if it’s because Jia has a private studio for her work, the relaxing and vibey music she was playing, the fact that the table/bed she has you lay on feels like a fluffy couch, or maybe it was because her studio was the cutest and most aesthetic tattoo studio I have ever seen. The pink and neutral tones really gave me a feeling of peace while I was laying there getting tattooed. I fully expected the session to be 2-3 hours because of how insanely intricate and detailed Jia’s work is but I kid you not, once she started tattooing me it only took about 45 minutes for her to finish! I was so shocked that someone could create something with such precision so quickly. I also cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for being able to have this session on Bubbles’ birthday. When I filled out the form I wrote a note saying that I really wanted to do it on her birthday, but when I was choosing a date from the calendar there were no open slots for 3/29. To my surprise, Jia had reached out to me and offered me a time slot for that day because she noticed I chose a different day. I genuinely teared up a bit when she offered that, it meant the absolute world to me. I love the fact that Jia understands the deep connection and true love between a person and their pet. It truly makes the tattoo experience so much better. I wish this had been my first tattoo. It would have made it even more special. Thank you Jia!

Jia did an incredible job on my tattoo of my fur baby. Before the appointment Jia was communicative and responsive, checking in on what reference photo I wanted to use and making sure I didn't forget about my appointment. When I got to her studio, it was by far the most relaxing and immaculate studio I've ever seen. She has beautiful minimalist decor and soft relaxing music (I couldn't hear a single noise from the street, I almost forgot where I was!). Before starting on the tattoo Jia sketches it up in photoshop and asks you questions about every detail to ensure the design is exactly what you want. She prints out a range of different sizes so you can play around with them and choose the size that works for you. The tattoo itself took maybe an hour, I couldn't believe how quickly she works. The tattoo is a DREAM! I couldn't have imagined it turning out any better. It looks exactly like my pup, my friends and family thought it was fake because it looks like a literal photograph. I can't help but smile every time I look at it. It's been a little over a week since I got it and its healing really nicely. She provides you with detailed aftercare instructions before you leave so you know exactly what to do. Last but not least, Jia has great customer service. I realized after I had left I made a silly mistake in my payment. She responded to my email right away and provided me a refund so I could correct it. Is the price higher than some other studios? Yes, but you really won't find another artist like her and she does such an incredible job, it's really worth the money. I would get a million more tattoos from Jia (and I probably will!)

Got my first tattoo for my furry best buddy here. The studio is lovely and relaxing with high-end fragrance and light music. Mostly important, the artist, Jia, is super nice and professional! We discussed the tattoo idea for a while as the start, the original request was to have my beagle Bagel sitting on a bagel. Jia showed me some options and she is very prompt with new ideas but at the same time advising her perspectives with experiences to make the work perfect. We then did the preparation work and I was super impressed that after she knew my dog Bagel，she bought me a real bagel before my appointment haha! That’s so sweet! The real tattooing was in total 1h47m which is not bad as the first experience. The outcome is amazing and I love all the realistic style full of sophisticated details!!! I am stilling healing and I have also already started doing my research for my next one with Paw Tattoo!

If I could put 10 stars, I would! I saw Jia's work on someone else and fell in love with her work and style. Took me a year to finally take the big step and book an appointment. Now I am over the moon with the result! Jia took the time to discuss the design and placement to create the perfect tattoo. She listened to my wishes and expectations, and she gave her honest opinion when I asked for advice, which ended up making the tattoo look even better than I imagined it. Now I am obsessed with my new tattoo and have a ton of new tattoo ideas to renew the experience with Jia! I'll attach a picture to this review for everyone to see how talented she is. (P.S.: I got the tattoo less than a week ago so I'm still in the healing process, will try to post updated pictures later if possible).
