I had my braids done a few weeks ago and they still look as good as when she first did them. I am very particular and wanted the braids done in a specific way.I didn't know quite how to explain it but Tracy figured it out right away and executed perfectly. She's a great communicator, braids fast and well. She clearly has been doing this for a while and is at the top of her game. She's gentle and my braids were comfortable from the start.
