She makes you feel comfortable and greets you with positive energy setting up the experience from the beginning. She explains the entire process and makes sure you feel comfortable with what she will be doing. Olga wants to make sure you are satisfied and it is clear she is not in a rush to move to another client. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the importance of the aftercare.
