I had Demi today as my hairdresser and she was amazing!! Talked me through different treatment options as my hair was quite damaged especially from the bottom. She still managed to give me the exact results I wanted if not more and more importantly did this through keeping my hair healthy. My hair feels and looks so good! Ive never been happier with my hair and felt the ultimate glow when she had finished with my hair. Thank you SO much. Would definitely recommend Demi. The salon is also very clean and all the other staff seem really lovely and know what they are doing! Just look at the before and after pictures 😍

I have been a client at Phase 2 for many years. My stylist, Ruth, always goes above and beyond and makes sure that I always leave the salon happy. Ruth always spends time listening to what I want and nothing is too much trouble. If you want a stylist that is professional, highly skilled and an amazingly kind person I recommend Ruth.

I went into Phase 2 today to have my hair coloured. I’m going from box dye red to a lighter brown with highlights. Ruth was amazing! She explained it would take a few sittings and was honest about the process. She talked me through my options and gave me recommendations on what she felt would work best. She listened to what I wanted and explained every process to me as she was going. She made me feel listened to and was honest with me about my choices. I felt incredibly comfortable and left feeling so happy with my hair. She was warm and friendly and made me feel so welcome. I’ve booked back in to add some highlights and I’m looking forward to going back. Heidi was also really lovely and friendly as soon as I walked into the salon. Thank you all for a lovely experience!

Another day feeling great thanks Ruth for doing my hair making me feel great talking me through everything thing you do, I have been going to Ruth for way over 10yrs and my hair was in such a bad way when I first went now my hair is so healthy and looks amazing can’t thank you enough Ruth always going over and above nothing is ever too much. im extremely happy with service i very rarely get my hair done since i get bad fear of hair pulling and just not making people happy, i have autism and sensitive in my head with also a hearing aid and ive always had ruth for 4 years now, she is amazing with her kindness and helping me with my hair taking her time with me and being extra and helping with protecting my ears with water issues and couldnt have better treatment like with everything ive tried so many places and never had anywhere good until here and once again ruth is just amazing going above and beyond making sure im happy ❤️❤️❤️
