The new owner is by far the best! Honest and very respectful, the prices are normal price you would pay for amazing nails! They take their time with pedicures which is amazing. Don’t be scared for bad reviews to give them a try! You won’t be disappointed.

ADDENDUM: Just read the reviews below and looks like my polish explanation is directed at HAILEY LOPEZ, who coincidentally wrote about her version of the incident on here a week ago. ***************************** Waited with the neice for her pedicure here a week ago. The middle aged lady who worked on her was nice and meticulous. Neice opted for the hot towel pedicure ($25 vs $22 basic pedi), which is basically a mud mask over the legs, then wrapped in a hot towel-- a facial for the legs (footcials :). The leg massage looked really soothing and relaxing. Witnessed a client being difficult within 5 seconds of us entering. Client was asked to pay prior to the color polishing and started to fuss about it, claiming it had never been asked of her ever before, then started to question the prices being charged. For the record, having family own a nail salon before in Austin, it's common practice to ask payment before the polish to prevent the color from smearing against surfaces when you open your purse to pull out payment after the nails are polished. Anyway, kudos to the few English speaking staff who spoke up and handled it well as they responded to the client and discussed quietly amongst themselves in Vietnamese.8

Pinky Nails is under new ownership!! It’s The Nail Room, now. The owner is amazing. She is kind and very creative. Don’t be fooled by the 1 star review by M.L. I was there and witnessed her behavior. She came in complaining and said she only comes once a year. Even after the harassment she put the staff through, the owner still gave her a discount. She could have gone somewhere else from the start but chose to stay and complain LOUDLY the entire time. That just speaks to the professionalism of the new ownership here!
