Today would make the 3rd time I've come to Pinky Nails & Spa in Columbia, both times I've had the pleasure of having Nail technician Rose do my pedicures and she does a wonderful job, takes her time, kindly communicates clients wants, is gentle and gives the best leg and foot massages.
