I had my first hair appointment with Lucy last Saturday. She put me at ease from the very beginning. Very knowledgeable, attentive to details, and nice in comms. I wanted to get rid of the brassiness and go back to my natural colour of dark blonde with highlights. She did an amazing transformation of my hair. I have a mushroom blonde now, which looks lovely in different lighting. Such a beautiful and rich colour. I've gotten so many compliments, and I love my colour now. Thank you!
