This was my first time getting a Russian manicure and I’m officially obsessed. I worked with Elen, and she is genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She is also incredibly meticulous, she shapes every nail perfectly, and my cuticles have never looked this good. The attention to detail at PIXIE LAB is unmatched, and the entire experience makes you feel so papered. On top of that, they give you snacks and tea while you're getting your nails done and a cute little goody bag with cuticle oil, a nail file, and chocolates afterwards 🥹 I’m 100% coming back and have already recommended this salon to my friends. Highly, highly recommend!

Asya’s service is truly exceptional, earning her a 5-star rating. However, I must mention that the high-end price and the unexpected 3.5% credit card fee (without prior notification) resulted in a 4-star rating. Despite these minor inconveniences, Asya remains a delightful experience. Her meticulous attention to detail and pleasant demeanor make her a pleasure to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed my nail extension with French tips and paraffin treatment. While I’ll skip the paraffin treatment next time, I’m still very satisfied with the overall experience. The salon offers complimentary drinks and snacks, creating a professional and clean work environment. They use high-quality products, which adds to the overall satisfaction. This is my first time visiting this nail salon, but I’m already planning to return because Asya’s exceptional service makes it a worthwhile experience.

Asya is hands down the best nail technician I've ever been to! She's incredibly meticulous and always makes sure every detail is perfect. My nails have never looked better -- not only are they stunning when I leave, but they last 4+ weeks without lifting or chipping. Her work is consistently flawless, and I get so many compliments. The salon itself is just as amazing. It's super clean, comfortable, and truly feels like a pampering experience from start to finish. They offer drinks and snacks, and each station has its own iPad, which makes the whole visit feel elevated and relaxing. It's genuinely a world-class experience every time. If you're looking for beautiful, long-lasting nails in a luxurious setting, Asya is the one!

Asya delivered an exceptional pedicure! She was kind, checked in with me throughout the service, and displayed supreme attention to detail. My toenails are PERFECTION! The salon was clean, well decorated, and offered a variety of services. Their receptionist was a doll! She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a wonderful experience. I highly reccomend Pixie Labs and will be booking again soon ♡♡♡

I did a lash tint and lift as a first-timer and felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. I was really happy with the results. I didn’t catch the technician’s name, but she was lovely. Asya, who did my nails, was fabulous. I brought in a reference photo for a Diet Coke Christmas–themed design, and she executed it perfectly. Exactly what I wanted. The service here really stands out. You’re offered a drink, a snack tray, an iPad with headphones (with disposable covers), and bottled water at your table. While it’s definitely not cheap, the experience justifies the price. The quality of the work and the level of cleanliness are exceptional.
