I will 100% be returning to see Hannah for all my piercings. I went in to have my embedded & swollen labret piercing checked out & she knew exactly what to do. She asked her coworkers for second opinions & all around made the experience so much fun despite all the pain I was in. She asked me all the questions needed to make a safe decision & explained exactly how my labret got to that point & every options potential consequences & maintenance moving forward. After lots of discussion (which I LOVED, she’s very personable), we decided to change my jewelry to a larger size & I cant explain enough how gentle, assuring, and comforting she was throughout the whole process. She made sure I was 100% okay with moving forward at multiple points. Her materials are of amazing quality & she keeps her station absolutely pristine. I paid $67.28 (not including tip) for 2 pieces of jewelry, her service, and her kindness. Such a steal!! It’s been about 2 weeks since she saved my piercing & im so so glad I went to see her!

I went there this evening around 6:30 ish and was seen by these two ladies who were incredibly understanding about an issue I was having with my medusa which has embedded. I didn't catch her name but she was super sweet and comforting, got my piece out with very little problem (other than me squirming around again I'm so sorry). Again thank you lady you're amazing

Hanna pierced my eyebrow today and she made it a great experience! She is very sweet and made me so much less nervous about my first face piercing! The pain wasn’t too bad and didn’t last long and she told me exactly how to move forward with my piercing! Thank you!
