It was very pleasant, I got my nails done for homecoming and the red I wanted wasn't exact to the reds they had. My stylist made sure I tried every single red possible until I liked it! I am very happy with the results!

I moved to Elk Grove a year ago and I needed to find a new nail lady. I’ve been to so many nail salons out here and nothing compares to this salon. Dianne is my nail lady and she makes sure my nails come out exactly how I want them to every time. She is patient and listens to all my needs. Pricing is fair too. I always get a manicure and pedicure. They always offer refreshments and snacks while you’re getting pampered.

I enjoy coming to Platinum nails. They are friendly and do very nice work . I enjoy relaxing and being pampered when I come in . They have remodeled and the new massage chairs are wonderful.

I have been coming to Platinum Nails for years and have never been disappointed. The salon is beautiful and clean and the technicians are great! I usually request Tammy or Kathy but if they are busy they other technicians have been great too. The pedicure chairs are SO comfortable and I love the added steam treatment. Their prices are reasonable and I love that they always offer me a water. Sometimes the little things make a difference.

I have been coming to Platinum Nail Spa since I was a teenager and I still come here as an adult in my 30s! I always walk out of the nail salon feeling refreshed, relaxed, and super happy with the quality of my nails. Tina is my go to nail tech and absolutely wonderful, but the other nail techs are awesome too. ☺️
