I treated myself to what was supposed to be a “self care” day. I went to this nail salon to get a refill and gel pedicure. I was so sad and disappointed about my refill and nail design 😔. It looked as though a child did them and my total was $140! I was getting ready to just pay and never come back to the salon but paying $140 and leaving with my nails looking a mess didn’t sit right with me. I requested someone else to come up front and look at my nails because I knew they just weren’t right. The lady was nice enough to offer to fix them if I had time, I told her I didn’t but she insisted on fixing them for me. She fixed the nails, she corrected the shape and painted them perfectly! Although I am still not happy with my nail design itself because of the random emerald green jewels put on my nails and because they took off length even though they charged me an extra $10 for my refill because my nails are considered “long”, appreciate her efforts. I ended up spending 4 hours in this nail salon, missed my wax lady who won’t be back until Tuesday & missed my massage. My entire “self care Saturday” went down the drain. $140 wasted 😔. The first 2 pictures are before she fixed my nails, the second 2 pictures are after she fixed them. (The emerald green was not requested ) not happy at all about this experience. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because she did fix my nails, my pedicure was fine, she rectified the situation & the customer service here was phenomenal! Update she took off all the green jewels for me! Thank you again for fixing the situation.
