If you come here, ask for Kay. I have been trying to grow out my nails for 27 years and she was the only one who was able to make it happen with her SNS manicure. She’s incredibly delicate and takes her time (and can also do designs) The salon itself is very aesthetically pleasing and clean.

I can’t thank Polished Nail Bar in Lake Nona enough — especially Ken! I had just gotten my nails done at another salon and absolutely hated them. I left in tears and didn’t want to go back to have them fixed. I came to Polished Nail Bar desperate for help because I suspected my boyfriend might propose on our vacation the next day. Ken was so kind and reassuring. He told me, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of you,” and he absolutely did! I showed him a design I liked, and he suggested switching from a coffin shape to a softer oval/almond shape — and I’m so glad I trusted his advice. The result was perfect! I did end up getting engaged, and I’m so grateful my nails looked beautiful in all the photos. Thank you so much, Ken, for saving my engagement nails and turning such a stressful situation into an amazing experience. 💍✨
