I went in to posh hair cuts as I used to go to the Hairdressers in Hayes where Susie would typically cut my hair, I don’t get my hair done all the time, around once or twice a year, and it wasn’t until my mum, who also has been going to Susie for a very long time, told me they had opened a new place, I was very excited to walk in, and knew to expect good things. Of course as my mum, my nan, aunties and myself have been clients of Susie and Theresa for years everyone was friendly and happy to see me. I saw how talkative and positive the atmosphere is and how much they enjoy what they do. I was with Charlotte for this visit and this visit was so much fun, being able to get my hair done by someone who is similar to my age and able to have relatable conversations is so refreshing. My whole experience was pleasant and relaxing, exactly what I needed on my day off from work. Thank you guys so much xx

Love the new salon! I have been going to Susie for the past 5 years and she is the best hairdresser in London. She has magic in her hands and brings out whatever colour or cut we wish for. I asked for butterfly layers and I’m very happy with how it turned out. All of them are so warm and friendly, excellent customer service. The new salon is so clean and modern. I recommend everyone to go there if you want a dreamy haircut.

I’m honestly so happy with my hair and my whole experience here. I have a complicated hair history (brown, blonde, platinum, back to dark, multiple lightening processes), so my hair isn’t the easiest to work with. In the past, not every salon has managed it well — but they absolutely did. We had a really detailed consultation and they did proper test strands before committing to anything. One test showed that going too ashy straight away could have turned muddy or even slightly green because of my previous colour, and instead of risking it, they adjusted the plan professionally. I really appreciated how honest and careful they were. The end result is a beautiful, natural blonde that feels like me — fresh, blended and healthy. Throughout the appointment they kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything. The atmosphere was lovely too — I was offered tea and biscuits, everyone was so kind, and the treatment and head massage were amazing. You can tell they truly care about hair health and doing things properly. I’ll definitely be coming back for glosses and maintenance. So glad I found a salon I trust.

First time visiting Posh Club today and had a wonderful experience. So glad Teresa and Susie are continuing to work together in the new salon as they are a great pairing. Teresa has been doing my hair for 25+ years since I was a child, so of course I was going to follow her to the new salon! The salon environment is clean, stylish and beautifully minimalistic. Teresa was absolutely wonderful with my baby! From the moment we arrived, she was so kind, patient, and gentle, which instantly put us at ease. She took her time, made my little one feel comfortable, and handled everything with such care and professionalism. The haircut turned out beautiful, and the whole experience was calm, happy, and stress-free — which is not always easy with a baby! We couldn’t have asked for a better first haircut experience.
