Precision Laser is the first place I tried for removal of my stubborn tattoos, and I have been going regularly for 3+ years now. They're like your favorite fine wine: once you discover it, you stick with it forever. I am infinitely happy with the results and wonderful customer service. Lindsay and Jessica are the best at what they do! Though it is with a heavy heart that I just scheduled my last appointment (moving to Florida soon), Precision Laser gave me a solid first experience and dutifully sheparded me into my long journey of tattoo removal with a great amount of care. If I were staying in the area, I would be a customer for life. A big thank you to the team, and keep up the good work!

Appointments are always on time and done professionally and with a smile! Give them a try. You won’t be sorry. Wish I had done this years ago!

I’ve been going to Precision Laser for laser hair removal on my legs, and my experience has been absolutely top-notch. Jess and her sister are professional, kind, and always make you feel completely comfortable. Their prices are very fair, and they are incredibly knowledgeable about what they do. I would recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal!

I went in for laser hair removal on the face, and I was certainly not disappointed with the results. Expectations were made clear by the staff when I first came in for a consultation, and having given it a while after my final appointment I will say it has been well worth it. The dark hairs on my upper lip and chin have largely ceased to grow, leaving only a few hairs left for touch-up with future electrolysis. I had only 9 sessions, as I felt I could get effective results with less with my skin -- and I certainly was not wrong. Overall the staff are extremely kind and accepting, and I think their services and appointments are fair and reasonable. If I had friends who were looking for these kinds of services, I'd already have thrown them into the office here (especially considering the mutual benefit!). If you're looking around for laser, at least give them a try -- I'd say it's well worth it.

Absolutely exemplary place for tattoo removal. The staff, especially Lindsay and Jess, are so kind, compassionate, and professional. You can tell that they care very deeply about each client. They make me feel 100% comfortable and took away all my worries and apprehensions from the first consultation. Their communication has been absolutely top notch, explaining how everything works and what to expect every step of the way. I have felt completely safe in their care during every session. Their workspace is impeccably clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Their pricing is fair, and I never once have felt pressured to make any decision that I did not want to make. Their policies are also fair, they make scheduling and rescheduling easy, and their web portal is very nice. I am so glad I found them; I wouldn't want to embark on a removal journey with anyone else. This is a stand up, family run business that you can put your trust in to take care of you, and I'm so happy that they exist. Thank you so much, Lindsay and Jess!!!!
