After being loyal to my nail tech for four years, I finally decided to explore other options after she was 90 minutes past my appointment the last time I went. Chronic lateness had become the norm, and I was ready for a change. I’m also at a point in life where, after years of dip and then builder gel, I don’t necessarily want to be locked into salon fills every four weeks just to keep my nails looking decent. I didn’t feel comfortable removing builder gel on my own, so I chose Prestige Nails because they emphasize healthy nail care and I was interested in trying Dazzle Dry. From the start, the experience felt different in the best way. They were on time, I did not have to wait at all, and my appointment started exactly as scheduled. Just know going in, this is not your typical nail salon. While the space is beautiful, there are no massage chairs, and if you book a mani-pedi, they are done one after the other. It definitely takes time, but that is because there is real care and intention behind the work. Stephanie was incredibly meticulous. Removing the builder gel took a while, but she made sure it was done properly and without damaging my natural nails, which I truly appreciated. They also only offer dry manicures, which I personally loved, though I know it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. If you are looking for a copy-and-paste nail salon experience, this is not it. But if you care about nail health, high-quality products, and technicians who take their time to make sure you leave with perfect nails, this place is worth trying. Just plan to spend a good chunk of time. Highly recommend Stephanie. She was fun, thorough, and clearly takes pride in her work.

cannot say enough amazing things about Ashland!! She absolutely nailed (pun intended 😉) my dazzle manicure and pedicure. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. She is incredibly detail-oriented, gentle, and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. My dazzle mani is stunning — super smooth, perfectly shaped, and the shine is unreal. And the pedicure? Total perfection. My feet have never looked or felt better. You can truly tell she cares about her work and her clients. If you’re looking for someone who is talented, professional, and consistent, Ashland is your girl. I won’t go anywhere else!

I have NEVER been to a nail salon that I have liked. I have small nails and the nail tech’s always make me bleed. They usually rush through the service and it looks worse than what I can do. It’s a miserable experience, and I stopped having my nails done for a decade. I looked at the reviews for Prestige, and they were positive so I tried them out today. I had the most amazing experience at Prestige. Keyra did my structured gel manicure, and she was so gentle and meticulous. She’s very friendly and recreated what I wanted exactly. She has a client for life now. Yayesi did my pedicure, and it was awesome. No one has ever given me a pedicure like that before. She was fantastic, and I cannot recommend her or Keyra enough. The salon is impeccable, clean, and it makes you realize how nail salons should be. I spoke with the owner, Sylby (totally butchering your name, forgive me), and she is the nicest person. She cares about her customers and her employees. I cannot wait to go back! I give it a 10/10.
