I was initially worried about this place seeing all the negative views, but that changed when I came here the Saturday before last. I wasn’t sure about the quality or the prices, so I booked an appointment for a Saturday morning. Knowing well that is peak time for most salons, I walked in expecting rush jobs, long waits, & the need by staff to try add on unnecessary services. Boy I was wrong. Sure, there was a ten minute wait, but it wasn’t very long. I’ve waited much longer at other salons to manicures and pedicures. My nail tech was great. She didn’t rush any part of the process, or was stingy when it came to applying products. Almost two weeks, and my nails look great. I do a good job of self maintenance (Lotion, Cuticle Oil, & wearing gloves when cleaning). Still, those things alone can’t hide a bad service for long. I will definitely be back.

I love this place. I have been coming here for 15 years for gel manicure and pedicure. The staff is very friendly. Your appointment time is your appointment time. Here and there I had to wait 5-10 minutes. They are all family here and they treat you as family.
