Katie and Lori were both incredibly professional and made me feel beautiful. Katie gave me realistic expectations from my first hair extension consultation. Lori explained step by step exactly what to expect from my highlights and I walked out extremely happy with exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend these two ladies enough to anyone that has “hairdresser fear” from previous experiences. Thank you ladies for giving me the best experience from start to finish xx

The girls here are just amazing. I came in for a haircut today and the hairdresser ended up fixing the colour in my hair (my hair was in pretty bad condition). She was just magic! My hair looks and feels incredible. She knows her stuff. All of the girls were so warm, inviting and dare I say I had the best head massage ever! I'll definitely be back 😊 thank you 💙

Decided to try them out after I saw it was under new management, and I’m very glad I did. Kerry and her team were amazing!!! Amazing customer service, friendly staff, the salon was very clean. I’ve got curly hair and it’s always a worry, but I have never been so impressed. I got a cut and colour and it’s exactly what I wanted it looks beautiful and Kerry knew what she was doing which is very rare to find a hairdresser that does with curly hair. Would 100% recommend and definitely going back!!!!

This place is more than just a salon. You can request a head massage, tea or coffee, even a therapy session!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a relaxing atmosphere. The stylists are incredibly talented and really take the time to understand what you want. I left with the best haircut and colour I've ever had! The retail is also amazing, stocked with high-quality products that actually work, and they always have stock in. The staff gave great recommendations without being pushy. Everything is clean, professional, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients.

Since undergoing new management, the customer service is now amazing!! There is a young red head lady and a young boy who have helped me so far, and they know their stuff, I was left super impressed and happy with what they recommended! My daughter Chelsea has started getting her hair done in their salon (due to my recommendation and persuasion as she is very picky with how her hair is done) and she loves her hair now more than ever! You’ll never find better than this team!!
