I have been going to Prive for years. I found Katie many years ago and she is the absolute BEST! She is personable, caring, thorough and professional. I get greeted immediately by my first name by whoever is working the desk, most of the time it's Henry. I have never encountered all of the negative comments being made. If there is an issue, it is handled immediately without question. Again, that's what I have observed. It was recommended to me to make an appointment to receive the best service. I highly recommend Katie. She will take great care of you as she has me for so many years.
